To use: Gently warm, in a ziplock ran under hot water is an easy way. You cannot microwave these, to my knowlege. It is glass but I do not know about rubber stoppers so don't do that. You could probably gently warm under a lighter as well, be careful, glass gets hot. If it is cold it is difficult to push out.
